I’ve used Tom twice now and both times, I am really really happy with his thoroughness and professionalism. He was on time and very efficient. The last job that he did for me today was a 3 yrs old rental unit. The tenants who just moved out had a dog and the carpet was so dirty and looking really worn down, I was considering removing it. But after Tom steam cleaned it, it is looking brand new again. Save me a lot of money by doing such an awesome job. Thanks, Tom. Really appreciate it. Tom was amazing! He was on time, friendly and professional. His knowledge and experience was duly noted. He was respectful to remove shoes and had special equipment to ensure our walls and corners were not damaged by his cords and hoses. I had a family favourite couch that with 2 kids (new baby) it was covered in milk Cheerios crumbs among other things. By the time he was done it was like brand new. He also took care of my dining rug! Look forward to having Tom back for our carpets and tile soon. Thanks again!! 👌😊
