I’ve been coming to East Hills Chatters since it opening year. I have had some great experiences and a few hiccups that were fixed when brought forward. After my last encounter I was never going back as I was left in tears by a stylists unpleasant attitude. I called to speak to Bridget(amazing CS skills) who has always been kind to me. She reassured me my new stylist Lily would look after me. Lily is fairly new to Chatters and will get faster with time. The job she did and took the time and asked what are my hair goals. She blew me out of the water. My cut and colour are done to perfection. She will be an amazing stylist in the years to come and everyone will want to sit in Lily’s chair. She is super sweet too. Thank you Bridget and Lily for bringing me back. And will continue to go back. People ask for Lily she won’t disappoint you.
