Don was fantastic and the preparation work that went in prior to painting even started was impressive. They were able to transformer dated railings running down 3 levels of a spiral staircase into something that looks brand new. Work was extremely professional and efficient.

As part of a major renovation, we had a large painting scope we needed to have completed before we were move-in ready again.
With time getting tight, and a large scope for caulking baseboards and trim, we hired a handyman to come and help us with large baseboard and casing gaps to fill and caulk.
He used a Polyurethane as if it was caulking and made a huge mess (See photo of one particularly bad area).
YIKES!
Needless to say, we received the tail-light warranty with that one.
