Dr. Rajan is very good at accessing the problems and advising ways for you to improve the quality of your life on your own while he does his magic to move you forward with less or no pain. I feel so much better after his needling and massage. Then I work at improving my situation by following his recommended stretches. Thanks so much for all your support Dr. Rajan!!
Sheena is the best! She cares about her clientele and she makes all injuries feel like they’ve never happened. As an individual who works out often at F45 she keeps my body in check because self care is necessary to every active person. Thank you Sheena!
Sheena and her whole staff have been amazing! I had chronic neck pain and back/hip issues. Ever since I started seeing Sheena the pain is gone and my golf swing got better!! Definitely recommend!
