I've been coming here for awhile and I absolutely love it. It's the perfect way to relax for a couple hours. Highly recommended. 🤘
About Cedar & Steam
Cedar & Steam is a boutique spa in Calgary that offers drop-in sauna and steam sessions. Customers can add a massage to their experience and customize it at the Remedy bar. The massage therapists are praised for addressing customer concerns, though the facility has been criticized for being small, cramped, and dark. Some customers feel the sauna experience lacks authenticity and a designated relax area, but the Finnish sauna temperature is appreciated. The spa has expanded with a second location in the north, which may help manage the high demand. Overall, Cedar & Steam is a popular destination for relaxing sauna, steam, and massage experiences.

I had a great massage but the front desk ruined my experience.
To the massage therapist, my apologies for not leaving a tip as you were amazing. The front desk lady needs training on customer service. My appointment was on June 21st at 3:45 p.m.
Simple layout and clean. Patrons are respectful and haven’t had any issues coming here. One of the few places that has a steam and super hot room. Online booking system could be improved when booking for more than one.
