I’ve had an excellent experience with both the physiotherapy and massage therapy services. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery.
My physiotherapist was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to assess my condition thoroughly and develop a personalised treatment plan. The sessions were effective, well-structured, and helped me regain mobility and strength faster than I expected.
The massage therapist was equally impressive—skilled, attentive, and intuitive. The massages not only complemented my physiotherapy but also provided much-needed relief from muscle tension and stress.

Shyam and Yamini, owners of the clinic are amazing with magic hands. This is evident from the name of the clinic. Caring Hands. I have known them for almost 20 years. They are my go to physios. Shyam is also accupuntarist. Staff are humble, polite and respectful. They always make time for me for all emergencies.
I can’t thank Yamni enough for the incredible care and support she’s provided throughout my pelvic floor therapy journey. From the very first session, she made me feel heard, respected, and completely comfortable — something that’s so important when discussing such a personal and sensitive area of health.
