We had a great experience here, customizing our new build in SW Calgary. A special shout out to Jarod, who has been so patient and knowledgeable with the entire process. I enjoyed learning about the different materials and usages. The front receptionists were always welcoming during all of our visits. I highly recommend Cardel Homes to everyone out there, for the high quality products they use in their new builds as well as the little details they incorporate into each and every home.

We purchased a home from Cardel and then got an inspection done. Our attic was done so poorly that it didn't have appropriate ventilation causing attic rain. The place where there is supposed to be a vent was clearly patched up without putting a vent and glossed over. The grading was not up to code and I'm not even sure how it passed the city inspections (as was our home inspector). The basement vapor barrier was also not properly installed causing residual water to leak into the basement. After numerous 4mails and phone calls, and no replies, we had no choice but to leave this review. I have number of friends considering Cardel Homes which I will heavily advise against and I hope that anyone reading this also reconsiders buying a home from these guys.
