“I had ZR Auto put a Nano Shield on the windshield of my 2011 GT 500 to minimize any further rock chips on the OEM windshield, protect the dash from fading & to cut down on the sun refection. I dropped off my car early morning & was called early afternoon to pick it up. On first examination of the completed job, it looked fine…could not see any edges of the cover & it seemed slightly tinted…just what I expected. While driving home, I noticed a very slight horizontal fold/wave of the PPF about 4 am long, right in my line of vision of the vehicles in front of me…pulling over, I found a second smaller fold/wave below my mirror. These clitches put my view to be out of clear focus. I turned around & returned to ZR & showed the issues to the Tech & Installer…they verified the clitches & recommended that I let the cover cure over the next 2 days & bring it back, & they would replace it. I was good with that. Later that afternoon, Zahir called me & explained that the issues were likely caused by minor folds in the inside of the end of the roll of the PPF…he asked me to bring it back the next morning & they would replace it. Zahir explained that he wants his customers to be completely satisfied with any job they undertake! I returned the day after & they replaced it & kept it over the weekend to ensure it cured. I’m completely happy w the result & Zahir’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I’m planning on having ZR remove my 13 yr old 3M coverings on parts of the front & have them cover the entire front end up to the doors & windshield w their Nano film.“

“I recently had a mini-detail done for my small SUV, and I was really happy with the service and the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me. It came back clean, with just a few greasy fingerprints on the trim and some stubborn bug guts on the front, but nothing too concerning. The interior smelled clean and fresh - all the random hairs and food crumbs were vacuumed up and gone, which makes me very happy. They did a much better job than I could have done at home!

“I brought my ford 150 in for a detail. I called in the morning and lucky was able to fit me in the same day. One of the best detailing shops I have been to. All I can say is I was blown away by how clean they got my truck. The back seat was filled with German Shepard dog hair and they got all of the hair out. My seats and carpet look brand new. The interior looks brand new. The exterior is also done extremely well everything is super shiny and clean. Everything about the service was amazing. Took them about 6 hours to do, but it was definitely worth it. I’m assuming it would take them less than 6 hours if your car was not as dirty as mine was.

I requested Mr Patrick if he could drop us on chinook mall entrance while the suv gets cleaned. Not only he dropped us but also picked us when the suv was ready.
