Friendly person during sales, but will ghost you when it comes to warranty service on what they sell. Bought an expensive Bromic outdoor heater, which had paint problems less than 6mo into ownership. Owner said they would look into it then never followed up or responded to emails for over 6 weeks (before I left this review). If you are looking for after-sales warranty support from this vendor, I cannot recommend.
