After about 12 hrs on the phone troubleshooting a connection issue with GoDaddy, HP and McAfee I reached out Calisto. I had heard their ads on the radio and wondered if they could help out small business. Tommy called and explained their service and pricing, which we are still a bit small for, but he had some time and offered to help me do a bit more troubleshooting. Within 15 minutes of poking around on my computer he fixed the issue and got me back on line after days of productivity impacts.

We reached out to Tommy with Calitso for support on Cybersecurity questions and concerns relating to our business. Tommy was quick to help troubleshoot and walk us through the required processes. Their response time was <1 day, upon the initial questions and were nearly instantaneous over the course of day to day communications. They offered links and resources in addition to specific guidance on our issues which helped us close out the remaining gaps we had in our domain settings.
