Went in for transmission diagnosis. They did the diagnosis for free and recommended solutions. At other places it costs an arm and leg just to get something diagnosed. Here people are friendly and caring. They offer best solution.

I've had some tough luck with trying to repair one of the motors in my DCT Hyundai Veloster. No other transmission shops in YYC would take on the repair and the dealership quoted me at $1600. The one guy I've been in contact with has gone above and beyond for me with a complicated repair, when he definitely did not have to. I haven't got my car back yet (just dropped it off yesterday) but I wanted to leave a review based purely on the customer service I've received when I've been having such rotten luck with this car. Went through these guys after getting a CRAZY quote at a different shop, my van transmission was dying and needed a rebuild immediately. They got me in and out in a timely manner, for almost half the cost of the competing shop! Customer service was stellar. Work was done well and my van is running better than ever.
