The owner is a friendly and helpful guy, told me what was wrong my pc straight up, didn’t withhold any information and laid out the costs and fixes super easy for me to understand. You can also tell the man is an enthusiast so it’s easy to trust my pc with him, I will be coming back if I have any more problems and recommending him to my friends and family. 10/10 interaction overall.
Came in with my GPU fan having issues, very kind, patient, and understanding behind the counter, had a great sense of humour too. Answered all of my questions in a clear and digestable manner and even gave me a solution to my internet issues with my laptop. Left my laptop there so I wouldn't have to come back again later when the fans were shipped. 21 hours later on the dot I get a call saying that my fans are replaced. Unfortunately had to buy both fans since they're sold in pairs but he mentioned that the CPU fan was probably going to end up blowing out within the next six months as well so it wasn't the end of the world. Marco quickly diagnosed the issue with my Hard Drive and recovered my data for a fair and reasonable price. I would not hesitate to utilize Marco's wisdom for future repairs. In addition, I would recommend him as well.
