Came in with my GPU fan having issues, very kind, patient, and understanding behind the counter, had a great sense of humour too. Answered all of my questions in a clear and digestable manner and even gave me a solution to my internet issues with my laptop. Left my laptop there so I wouldn't have to come back again later when the fans were shipped. 21 hours later on the dot I get a call saying that my fans are replaced. Unfortunately had to buy both fans since they're sold in pairs but he mentioned that the CPU fan was probably going to end up blowing out within the next six months as well so it wasn't the end of the world. Marco quickly diagnosed the issue with my Hard Drive and recovered my data for a fair and reasonable price. I would not hesitate to utilize Marco's wisdom for future repairs. In addition, I would recommend him as well.
Marco and the team were just phenomenal! Extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the issue I had with my laptops battery. Marco explained in great detail how to take care of my laptop and how to pro-long its life! The battery came very quickly once ordered and was notified immediately when it arrived. If I could give 10 stars I would!
