I was locked out of my safe due to a problem with the dial. The warranty department f my provider actually recommended banging on the door with a hammer! Not wanting to damage my safe I called Calgary Lock and Safe and Gary came out to have a look at it. He managed to work his magic and got the dial to cooperate. It was slightly defective and an easy fix. Gary not only saved me a huge headache and expense, he made me feel at ease knowing I didn’t have to worry about the contents being at risk. Went to get a new key cut today. They programmed it for me as it is a clicker. Gentleman Was most helpful and the 20 minutes I was told was more like 15. Just dropped by so that's Awesome service, also got a free new battery for new clicker. Thanks so much.
