I ended up calling Calgary drain and sewer as I still didn't have an ETA after waiting a few days and I couldn't shower or flush my toilet more than twice a day without drain backing up. Lee showed up about an hour dame day and knowledgeable and thorough, definitely will use again, hopefully I won't need to haha but if I do, I recommend!

Although outside their stated service area, prompt response on a callback/quote, discussed, and they came out to clear a septic line that had become blocked. On time, prompt courteous service, right tools, right operator, and cleared the line, and also provided advice as to the cause of the issue, and what would need to be looked at in the future. In the meantime, I am back up and running! Cannot be happier.
