I called and spoke with Mike he answered the phone himself !! He was friendly and I really enjoyed talking to him.He cared about me was the way I felt and al that I needed to be cleaned ,both furniture and carpets..Nick came promptly on time and once again his friendly “I care about my work “attitude was apparent. Everything looks amazing ! Cushions carpets three sofas and a love seat ..and more !!! A big job! …and then today (the day after ) Mike the owner calls to make sure everything is ok . Wow thank you for all your hard work.It looks like a new condo ! Don’t think twice ,I know you will be happy just like me !! Thank you Mike and Nick

Work was good. Grant & Travis were polite, professional, friendly and on time. Definitely did NOT take away from the good work, however the drying time was longer than the quoted average time to dry.

I find Chem-Dry is a great value. Employees are always great and they do their best to get the carpets cleaned. My boys did a number on our carpet but it looks better now. The price is also very reasonable.
