Boyd Autobody & Glass is a reputable AMVIC licensed business that provides high-quality collision auto body repair services for all makes and models. The staff is known for their excellent customer service. Their workmanship is top-notch, with a focus on completing jobs correctly. Boyd Autobody & Glass is a trusted auto body repair specialist. They did a great job with vehicle repair, making it look good as new. They managed to make cars look brand new again, ordering almost all OEM parts to make it better. The staff has been super kind in informing about the status of the car.
UPDATE - Since posting my review, I have had a very positive and productive conversation with Richard, the GM of this location. He reached out to me and made a genuine effort to understand my concerns and shared the corrective actions being planned to help improve this experience going forward. I was also offered a formal apology and some opportunity to come back in for a better experience, as a nod to the unfortunate gaps in my last visit. I appreciate the phone call and the honest conversation - because of this, I would absolutely consider returning to give this shop another chance if and when I need these services again in the future. Excellent service from start to finish! After work on my truck was complete they did a really nice job cleaning the interior and even delivered my truck to my home while I was out of town. 5/5 all day long
I made a stop at the body shop to see if they could correct a problem with the hood of my car, that was created by another shop, who refused to correct it. They took a quick Look, diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it .They did it free of charge! It took an hour or so, and a technician s time. I was prepared to pay, but they insisted to not charge me for the work. If you are looking for a body shop , give these people an opportunity. Integrity means everything!
