Our journey to find a new carpet was very short and exceeded Peter and Norma’s expectations. We meet Ali and his wonderful wife and found a fabulous rug that my wife approved from a photo of the carpet on my IPhone. Delivery and installation went successfully and we love our new carpet.
Ali and store attendant Barakat provide a uniquely hospitable and excellent client experience filled with warmth, knowledge, and attention to detail. Ali kept his store open for me an hour past closing to ensure I had the right piece. Ali travels abroad and hand-selects an imported, genuinely authentic, high quality inventory. I’m not surprised whatsoever about Bots’ customer business ratings and awards. Ali’s product offerings are absolutely appreciating investments which double as pieces of real art. They’re kept in the safety of a very clean and climate/moisture controlled space. A+++ operation.
A great experience with Ali and his team at Boft Fine Rugs. Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable combined with a patient / no pressure sales approach made this experience a great one. We would recommend anyone looking to learn more about Persian rugs to spend some time with Ali at his great store in Inglewood (and of course always accept the offer of a Turkish coffee). And as you can see from the photo even the boss of the house approves.
