We « won » a rug through Harvard Media auction ; went in and chose to upgrade to a bigger fancier rug. Staff and owner Ali were amazing! Very knowledgeable about the rugs! Gave us delicious Turkish coffee ! Will be back for another rug for sure!!
I was looking for some place to repair our carpet after the puppy chewed off a nice chunk. Both Ali and Sarah were friendly and quickly responded to our questions and request for carpet repair. Since we wanted to limit the cost of repair on this particular carpet, Ali offered suggestions and did a fantastic job to make the repair strong and ensure it would not unravel. Our only disappointment was the cleaning. Ali explained that due to the fact our carpet was made of loose wool, he could not complete an aggressive cleaning because the carpet would stretch. We didn't find out about this until we came to pick it up. Overall we were very happy with the staff at Boft and the service we recieved from Ali. Would definetly recommend this place and would strongly suggest you to go see the beautiful carpets he has for sale!
