I was looking at purchasing a couch through a store in Saskatoon called Furniture World. They recommended a style from Birchwood Furniture in Calgary. I contacted them because I had many questions. Barb from Birchwood responded and was a tremendous help. Not seeing the couch before purchasing can be stressful but once I received was thrilled. Quality is excellent. Exactly what I was looking for. Next trip out to Calgary I wish to pop into store and thank Barb in person. I highly recommend their products along with Furniture World in Saskatoon.

Reviews
We had an excellent experience with Alex at Birchwood. He provided right balance of information, and giving us our own space to look around. Alex was especially helpful with choosing fabric and arranging pick up. We are very happy with our living room furniture and highly recommend Birchwood!
We went into the showroom to check out swivel living room chairs. Kate helped us choose two Norris swivel chairs. She also helped us figure out what fabric would go with our decor. The chairs were ready within the time frame promised. We hit a bit of a snag during pick up today but the staff were fabulous and got everything straightened out for us. The chairs look great in our home! Thanks for the excellent product and service!
