I recently had the procedure done at Biotouch. Kim was very pleasant and attentive through out the no-cost consultation session. She took time to explain to me in details of the procedure and what I should expect afterward. I had the first and a follow up session during which Kim really took time to complete the procedure, went through the care instructions, and gave me all the required ointments.
