I recently had the procedure done at Biotouch. Kim was very pleasant and attentive through out the no-cost consultation session. She took time to explain to me in details of the procedure and what I should expect afterward. I had the first and a follow up session during which Kim really took time to complete the procedure, went through the care instructions, and gave me all the required ointments. The procedure was very successful. I am very happy with Kim and the procedure. I definitely will come back when the needs arise and will not hesitate to recommend Kim.Service: Permanent lip makeup

I am a student of Kim. Hands on, one to one instruction. Class is maximum of 2 new trainees so you get full guidance all throughout. The studio is neatly set up and a very relaxed environment. I have learned so much on colour theory, safety, and the techniques taught by Kim from her mastery of the skills is a gift to students.Kim is a great trainer and an amazing lady! Hanna is always helpful in finding models.Thank you team Biotouch Alberta!
