I was searching for exotic hardwood for our renovation and I was told by our contractor that we can’t get it, it is impossible to find in Canada since Covid. They just don’t import it anymore… here try this instead”.
I wasn’t satisfied with that answer, so I called around. Bijan quickly returned my call with not only the hardwood I was looking for IPE (Brazilian Walnut), but here in his LOCAL supply. Our family went to view the different woods at his showroom, and he has many to choose from! We brought home some different samples he offered and ultimately chose African Okan instead of the IPE. Recently, Bijan's Western Flooring did the floor renovation for our rental property, and we are really satisfied with the result. We did the reno while our tenant is living there, so a lot of stuff needed to be moved around and doing the reno room by room. Bijan's flooring has the best quality! He beats everyone's else price. Better than that, He has MILLIONS of square footage already in store, no need to wait for manufacture and delivery. If you damage anything, he got MORE in store to fix it, no need to do another special order.I did it my self (it was hard as hell) but Bijan gave me all the tips and even did a follow up. He's a amazing guy. He sold me this African engineering floor. Crazy looking good!Please everyone, don't waste time like I did. I called 18 stores before Bijan.
