Very good service from Jason Mercer and his assistant for my furnace cleaning. They sucked a ton of cat hair and debris from our furnaces. The next day there was a problem with one of the furnaces and he returned promptly to fix the problem! Excellent service...
Just had Big Ben/McKnight in to clean our furniture. Josh and Stu did an amazing job cleaning. Polite, courteous, on time, explained everything to us, and even alerted us to some small issue. They did a really thorough job and we'll be going back to Big Ben for our next cleaning. Great customer service. Highly recommend them!
