My girlfriend was at this location earlier today because her computer died on her and she needed it for school. She was told there was nothing in her budget and was visibly upset. Came here looking for one specific Item, I was lost as the store is huge and its a smaller item, I asked one person if she could help, Gloria guided me through the store, grabbed the product I was looking for, found my lost best buy account, and helped me pay. Give this women a RAISE, she was so fast, she knew where everything was. i swear to god I was in and out of the store within 5 mins thanks to Gloria! Also she made the whole process just seem like I was talking to a friend. she is fast, knows where stuff is, and super friendly!!!!!!!!!
I needed to buy a last minute gift and I was having issues w being able to insert my card, Shae explained I wouldn't be able to tap the same card twice (my purchase was over the 250 tap limit) and Shae was so kind and quick and resilient to finding an easy solution made my purchase to smoothly, truthfully I cannot thank them enough! They did amazing!
