If you need small parts for American wash basins, you should look for an elderly person instead of a young person. Please note, the other day I went to ask if they had this part. The young man said that he had never seen it in all his time working here. Then he recommended that I buy a kit for about $60 to install with the new model. I told him to check here to see if I could find it. I really couldn’t find it at the counter outside. After about 5 minutes, an elderly person asked me if I needed any help. 2 yr old furnace broke down. Jerry Kennedy replaced circuit board and igniter. Expensive but not Benners problem. I was treated very fairly by the boss and Jerry. I have purchased from them since the late 1960’s and will continue to do so. Thanks to Benner and his staff.

Super service. Go here and save yourself some time and money instead of the big box stores. Had an outside tap with an almost antique fitting. Emailed them and they verified they had the part. Picked it up. Problem fixed $13 later.
