“I’ve been coming to Golden Blade since it first opened and keep going back because of the excellent haircuts and beard trims I get every time I go. Will’s attention to detail is like no other in my experience with barbers in south Calgary. Although I’ve had several barbers and all have been great. I had a less-than-great experience one time with a different barber but Will invited me back to fix it up for no extra charge. Since then I’ve had the same barber and it was great. You’re in good hands with whoever you get. Rarely have to wait more than a few minutes too.“

And the facility is very well maintained and great atmosphere!

Make sure to speak up, don’t be shy because if you don’t like something tell them and they will fix it SPEAK SOON so they r able to lol but don’t worry all hair always grows back lol

“I was in Calgary visiting a fellow beard club member who sees Noor exclusively for his beard trim and care. He recommended I head across town to see Noor at The Douglasdale Barbershop. When I arrived, Noor was busy with another client but I was warmly welcomed and offered a seat to wait. It wasn’t a spectacularly long wait, in fact relatively short to be precise. But I would’ve waited even if he had two or three clients ahead of me after seeing the results of the client ahead of me. A Vintage feel, with reasonable pricing. The service is amazing, the conversation enjoyable and the results…… I am super stoked with the results, my only complaint is that I live in Southeastern BC….. and I can’t take him with me to be my personal beard barber. Head in to their shop and ask for any one of their more than capable barbers, but Noor is of course, always worth the wait. In fact, there was another gentleman who arrived while I was in the chair and chose to let another man proceed ahead of him so he could wait for Noor to finish with me. 10 out of 5 stars.“
