Bains Vision Centre

I’ve been coming here since I was a young kid, and Dr. Bains has always been kind and friendly. However, I’ve noticed that the front desk staff can sometimes be dismissive and rude toward patients.

Recently, while getting my eyes checked, my eyes were involuntarily tearing while I was trying to keep them open for the eye pressure test. I understand it can be frustrating when the machine isn’t getting a reading, but the tearing was involuntary.

The staff member became impatient and told me, “You’re a grown-up now.” I found the comment unnecessary and condescending.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bains and the entire staff. They are extremely professional yet friendly, making each visit very comfortable. Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality eye care. He always support for community work. Thanks!

I was referred by the walk in clinic across the street, for a suspected corneal abrasions. I did in fact have a corneal abrasion as well as an eye infection.
