I visited Babytooth this morning for my 1 year old daughter’s first dental check up! From the beginning, the booking process was easy and I actually booked her first appointment all through text. When we walked in the door the front desk staff were helpful in taking my insurance info. We had a few minutes to check out the bubble tube and light wall. Kelly was our hygienist and she was patient and very informative. She helped my daughter feel as comfortable as possible during the exam and took her time. both experiences there have been great! My son is looking forward to his next appointment because they make it so fun and kid friendly. They explain what they’re doing and show him the tools they are using, taking all the fear right out of the experience. They helped me come up with a treatment plan that fit my budget and my son’s needs. 10/10
Direct billing would be nice. I pay into benefits for that service and I don’t have money up front to pay for $1000 services.
All the staff are great and the dentist work great with my daughter! Especially given she’s autistic :)
