Hi had a great experience with Avalon Cleaners. I had a cashmere sweater that wasn’t initially cleaned, and they tried cleaning it once more and unfortunately it still has stains. Mark called me about it and said they could try it one more time with harsher chemicals but there is risk they are too strong. I said no worries please proceed and the sweater came out perfect!
