Took my truck into a mechanic and came here for the parts to do the job myself. Terrance walked me through and made sure I got a good deal and helped to process a warranty claim by going back in the store records which was well above and beyond. Terrance helped with a battery diagnostic too and had Todd come and help as well as it had some odd results. Todd came to double check and found that my mechanic misdiagnosed the issue. He gave me a solution that didn’t cost anything and while these guys didn’t get any money from me today, I will 100% come back for all my future purchases for the truck. Down to earth,very motivated, organized, strong communication between workers and customers. Fair and competitive pricing on retail items. Easy to find what your looking for. Easy access from 52nd street SE. Man I wish I would've found this place long ago before deciding to buy parts from the company just north of them.

Auto value is the only place I know that still answer their phones, and in doing so provide personal and prompt service . If they don’t have the part, they find it for you and can usually provide same day delivery . Great return policy too. Love this place!
