I'm not going up say they are a bad shop. I thought they treated me really well but if you need a diagnosis and you don't specifically ask them to check other components when dealing with a coolant leak, they don't. And that's on me. Wish they had looked at fan and saved me grief of finding a pair of pliers jamming it. It is what it is.
