I had the pleasure of attending a class with Sam. She was super motivating and knowledgeable. The workout was challenging yet enjoyable, and the atmosphere of the gym was welcoming. I Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout environment!
I have been going to Crossfit for few years now and I have been to few different locations in Calgary, so far Athlete Inside Performance is been best location for Crossfit I have ever been. Very positive environment, friendly coaches and great overall atmosphere. I would highly recommend them for all your fitness related needs.
AI is my home gym and I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of this community. The camaraderie built here is next to none. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. It seems intimating to start CrossFit, but everyone in the gym makes every new joiner feel very welcomed! I would recommend this to anyone! xx
