I have been going to Crossfit for few years now and I have been to few different locations in Calgary, so far Athlete Inside Performance is been best location for Crossfit I have ever been. Very positive environment, friendly coaches and great overall atmosphere. I would highly recommend them for all your fitness related needs.

AI is my home gym and I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of this community. The camaraderie built here is next to none. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. It seems intimating to start CrossFit, but everyone in the gym makes every new joiner feel very welcomed! I would recommend this to anyone! xx

Great box with awesome coaches and members. WOD's are well structured and posted online through ZEN Planner, so you know what you're getting into that day and you can see how you stack up on the leaderboard if you want.Olympic lifting sessions are fantastic and you really get watched closely for technique - really hurts your brain, but in a fun and awesome way.
