Melissa was so professional, patient, and caring with my cat. He can get very stressed during grooming, but she handled everything so calmly and was always focused on his comfort and safety. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about the cats she works with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, understanding, and compassionate with their cat.
