First time visit and she was FABULOUS!!!! Our cat Cynder can be temperamental with groomers and she was great with Melissa and vise versa!! Melissa made her feel calm throughout the entire grooming experience. Cynder was even less stressed when we got home compared to other groomers she’s seen. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back when Cynder needs grooming again!!

I was recommended by a friend and was extremely satisfied! She was super kind and gentle with our Kitty, and the cut turned out great! She was very quick and thorough, and we had a great conversation during the appointment. We also ended up showing up a little bit later than our scheduled appointment time and she was VERY understanding. I would definitely recommend her as well, thank you so much Melissa!

Melissa was great with our cat Fancy. Fancy is very spicy cat and Melissa was kind and patient with her. Some places are not willing to deal with a difficult cat but that was not the case. She is very professional, friendly, and wonderful with animals. I would definitely recommend Melissa.
