“These guys are the absolute best. My senior big-ish dog is afraid of floors so the young man at the front desk just moved some rugs around so she could waltz into the exam room. Dr. Madsen got right down on the floor with my doggo and obviously enjoyed chatting with my dog and comforting her before bringing in another aide to hug the dog (restrain her) to give a couple of vaccines. Everyone is lovely on top of professional and knowledgeable. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.”
