Recently had an inspection on a house as a condition of purchase. Kevin was very thorough, and he explained the scope of the inspection. He took time after to walk us through the house and show us everything he had found, what needed further investigation, and what potential work was a priority. Very happy with the experience and would recommend. The online portal for contract/invoice:payment/download of report was easy to use and convenient.
