Thank you,. I received some flowers that weren't the freshest and they didn't make it after just a couple days. It was a very hot day (32c) and the delivery came with the cello bag was dried out so possibly too many deliveries that day. However, the customer service at umbrella is always so fantastic. They redelivered the flowers today and they look magnificent. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service and always making it right. I very much appreciate it.
I was sent a bunch of peonies as they are favs. So beautiful. I really liked that the bouquet came wrapped in burlap. If you like peonies this is your flower shop. Absolutely wonderful
