I had a leaking connection after moving a washing machine resulting in a leak to the ceiling below. I called a couple of other companies but none could come until at least the next day. I called Alpha and they had a technician at my place within two hours. Mike was courteous, efficient, explained the repair options and costs, and had the repairs done within a hour and a half. The only downside was the cost which seemed high, but was as per the estimate I was given. All plumbing repairs seem costly these days. I would definitely use Alpha again.

My plumbing technician came in evaluated my older jacuzzi tub and said the motor was in good working order and gave the thumbs up to update my bathroom without replacing/ removing jacuzzi tub, which I appreciated very much!

There are reminders, small window for arrival, clean and tidy work, a great explanation of how the soft water system worked and a surprise and very welcomed yearly check of the system as part of the deal.
