Updated: I initially left a negative review as we were having serious furnace issues in our house in Mahogany. We have contacted both the builder Hopewell and Alberta Mountain Air. Jacob made himself available right away to chat with us about the issue and has been very prompt, thorough, and empathetic. He went above and beyond to take care of the issue for us and we really appreciate it. Having to deal with a failing furnace over the winter with two young kids is very stressful. We felt heard and taken care of throughout this process. We had 2 furnaces and 1hot water tank installed. Alberta Mountain Air was great to deal with from beginning to end. Shane came out and gave us a decent, competitive offer with upgrades to our current thermostats. Our installers "A" team, Russell, Conrad and Mike arrived early, worked very hard and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Laid down runners, careful moving in and out equipment, answered questions, helped set up new thermostats, kept us informed during the installation and cleaned up afterwards.
