From the first phone call to the installation of my new hot water system, they are simply the best. Daniella took my call on Saturday after I arrived home to a new basement water feature, she was polite, professional and was able to schedule me in for a Monday installation. The price was very fair and reasonable and all inclusive (which was really nice) and she also pointed out any potential extra costs that might be included. A huge thanks to Will and Patrick who did the installation today (Monday Oct 6th) , just brilliant guys, excellent workmanship, cleaned up and left everything spotless, again … thank you! Now I’m waiting for my furnace quote to get that sorted before winter arrives. Thank you again to Action Furnace, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
