Unfortunately I have had opportunity to use several exterminator companies in the past 20 years. Absolute is the most professional I have had the pleasure to use! Conrad was helpful, reassuring, and did not try to tell me things I knew were not true and thereby upsell me. Hopefully we have solved the problem, but if not, I will call them again.

We changed our services to Absolute Pest Control from a different company and what a massive improvement . Ken for the past year has provided exemplary service. The overall professionalism and customer care of this company is why I highly recommend them !!

Needed a wasp nest removal from my backyard shed, which I could not get into as I tried once and got stung. Although not urgent, phone agent was nice enough to take my address and find a time slot same day. Ken arrived in full armour, cleaned out the spot in the garage of the nest, shredding and bagging it up, fumigating the area and advising that he can be back in 2 days if they return. It was apparently a huge nest of 1000 wasps and one day later the shed is cleared of them. Day later no wasp to be seen. Great service APC!
