We broke down on the highway with what appeared to be a huge electrical problem, had to overnight in Brooks. Called Jake at Encore and even though they were short staffed we were able to get in. Encore did due diligence in diagnostic and determined it was a faulty battery, my bill was a fraction of what was expected. It is wonderful to come across honest hard working professionals in a time of need. Thank you Jake and all the staff.

We need more businesses like this one!!! They fit me in on very short notice and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. If I knew of a shop like this near me I wouldn't bother trying to fix stuff myself.
