Update: I installed high intensity halogen headlamp bulbs on my SUV and was noticing some shadows in the beam pattern. I finally gave up trying to correct the issue and booked an appointment with Encore. The problem turned out to be an improperly seated bulb (my fault), which they fixed for no charge.
