I am from Kentucky, I called and ordered flowers over the phone. The lady I spoke to was so kind and reassuring. We cried together. She was so responsive, and reassured me again that our flowers would make it to my family, the follow through was fantastic! I will always remember and cherish her empathy.

We had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences working with Brooks Greenhouse planning my mother & brother's funeral.
