We brought our old girl (13.5 years old) in for a grooming appointment and were a little nervous because she has a history of bad seizures triggered by loud noises. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel completely at ease. They were so gentle, patient, and incredibly attentive to her needs. It is that time of the year when my Pomeranian/Pappilon cross decides to dump his winter coat all over the house, so we decided to give our local pet store a try, which is under new management. I am very happy we did. Our groomer, Adam, did a great job on Kato's coat and was able to trim Kat0's nails, which were beginning to resemble Howard Hughes - all for a reasonable price. I have a Ragdoll cat who is very difficult to groom and with their patience and knowledge it made it a pleasant experience for all of us . He booked her in at the end of the day, as I did not want any other animals around her , as she is very anxious Ragdoll. I had wanted a lion cut done on her. The owner took his time and was extremely gentle with her and we stayed with her while he groomed her, which meant a lot to us , Her cut turned out amazing . He worked around our time schedule and made sure no other animals were there at time of grooming I highly recommend this place for cat grooming !
