Thanks to the mechanic that did the brake work, concise clear details of the issue and estimate time of repair is what everyone needs to hear. Great work, the guys behind the scenes need more recognition than they receive.

Had the best experience changing my tires today at Kal Tire. I just want to give a big thank you for Sasha, he was very helpful, very professional and has done an absolutely amazing work in a quick time, very friendly, and he made absolute sure that everything was to our liking which it was. Raylene and Diane were amazing at helping me when I called in requesting winter tires in mid-August. I hoped my tires would last until September, but highway 28 had other plans for one of my tires while on vacation. The flat was beyond repair.
Tires got shipped from Edmonton and arrived very early the next morning. Once I arrived at Kal Tire the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Total time spent in the tire shop was less than 2 hours. My family and I appreciated that more of our short vacation wasn’t spent sitting in a tire shop! Thank you!
