I just have to say today was a typical Monday wasn’t going very well for me and Bonnyville Dodge came through for me. They are amazing. They brought me my vehicle because I couldn’t make it there to pick it up. Greatly appreciated. Awesome service.

Called and talked to Jenn about an oil changed which is u def warranty , dropped off in the morning , got a text at 2 pm saying I owe them 620$ for fuel filters I said not to I’ll wait till I’m home , they reset some codes on my truck and did updates I was told , pick up next day and check engine light is on and she tells me bring it in and I look at it , all u had to do was change oil in my truck what a joke , currently 61/2 hours from home and don’t no if bonneyville dodge changing my oil will even get me home , what a joke do not use them .!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give them 0 stars

Service manager gave private information regarding my vehicle to an un registered person very unacceptable and disrespectful… lucky I am not having them charged.

I have never had any issues with Bonnyville Dodge . We have purchased numerous vehicles from these guys over the years and it’s always been a pleasure doing business with them. Cory has a great team and they never steer a person wrong . Sadly I moved away from the area 4 years ago and wasn’t able to purchase my new ride from them , however Cory made sure that I had the best extended warranty package for my ride , from miles and miles away . Thank you again Cory and hope to see you and your team again in the near future .

Don't waste your money taking your vehicle here for service. Not only is it over priced but they suck at being able to diagnose a vehicle problem but they are really good with coming with excuses.
