The most welcoming gym I've ever been to. Trina is amazing. She is knowledgeable, funny, kind, and makes working out with her fun. Trina really knows how to get the best out of you and knows the right functional fitness exercises for your body. It's a gym for the novice and the hardcore gym rats as Trina and her family are record holding powerlifters as well. If you've ever wondered about this gym this is your sign to go check it out. You won't regret it!
I’ve been working out on and off at this gym ever since they opened (member #1). Despite moving around frequently over the past few years, I always come back to work out with Trina! Her energy is so motivational, and she makes working out an absolute pleasure. The environment is very welcoming and safe as well, and there are so many motivated people here. Trina’s an absolute inspiration to me when it comes to taking care of my physical health, and despite me moving away again, I am taking the lessons learned with her to my own solo workouts. I absolutely recommend this gym to anyone - whether beginner or seasoned gym rat!
I’m going to start this off by saying that I have been training my entire life. I was raised as a high performance athlete and have trained at gyms across the whole world. So when I say that Trina is the best trainer I have ever had, I mean that with my whole heart.
Trina’s gym is filled with passion, commitment, dedication, and lots of love. She creates an environment that is welcoming and encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey. She knows exactly what she is doing and will be there for you at the drop of a hat.
