I purchased 4 tires for my RAM truck. Jeffrey originally said the tires I want are out of stock, but he quickly found 4 tires in Edmonton ('He knows a guy'). Took my truck the next day and had Fountain Tire in Beaumont install the new tires. When I went to pick up my truck, there were some issues I noted. Within 2 days, EVERYTHING was fixed and I couldn't be happier. Jeffrey and Manny were who I dealt with and I can't say enough good things about either. Jeffrey went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the service Fountain Tire provided me. I will for sure be coming back in the fall for a set of winter tires. Just wanted to say Thanks and how pleased I was with the service I received from the crew at Fountain Tire in Beaumont. Its been awhile since I have received such good service. Very professional and friendly. Something you don't see much nowadays. Thank you Manny and crew for looking after my needs as you was already busy with a fleet of vehicles already and managed to help me with my needs. I have no problem recommending you all for any job from checking air pressure to lift kits. Thanks again for your outstanding service. You won over a life long customer as long as I'm in Alberta .
