Brent and his team are consistently friendly and responsive. I trust that when I leave my vehicle with them, it will be handled professionally and with care. Their reliability and service quality make them a standout. We are fortunate to have such a dependable business in our community.
I purchased 4 tires for my RAM truck. Jeffrey originally said the tires I want are out of stock, but he quickly found 4 tires in Edmonton ('He knows a guy'). Took my truck the next day and had Fountain Tire in Beaumont install the new tires. When I went to pick up my truck, there were some issues I noted. Within 2 days, EVERYTHING was fixed and I couldn't be happier. Jeffrey and Manny were who I dealt with and I can't say enough good things about either. Jeffrey went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the service Fountain Tire provided me. I will for sure be coming back in the fall for a set of winter tires. From a speedy quote, to speedy service.… read full review
