I recently had four new tires installed at Fountain Tire in Edmonton. One of the rims had a slow leak for just over a year. I took it to the Ford dealership twice, and they couldn't find anything wrong. In fact, the dealership told me the leak was probably due to the 2-mm and 3-mm tire tread depth. Time to replace the tires! Hence the reason I had new tires installed. Even after replacing 4 new tires the leak was still happening. I called Jeffrey at Fountain Tire in Beaumont, and he scheduled me in to have a look at the tire even though he didn't do the installation. The same day he called back and told me they had found a small leak in the valve stem. They replaced it free of charge! They even re-torqued the lugs after 100 km. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Top notch service and courteous. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for new winter tires! Big shout out to Manny and Brent the owner and their team of associates. Had an appointment booked for April 2-2025 and dropped my truck off April 1 and they had fixed the issue the same day as i dropped it off. Amazing shop with a great team of technicians. I am really impressed with the whole team. Keep up the great work and the customer service is next to none. Thank guys.
I picked up a nail in my tire first thing in the morning. I took my daughter to school and headed straight for Fountain Tire. They were able to help me and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Amazing team.
